I’m Michelle. Boomer millennial 😂. System-builder. Spoonie. Former track athlete turned cozy chaos whisperer. I created Stitch & Systems to help women like us navigate life’s beautiful bitchiness with soft resets, creative tools, and systems that actually flex with you.

My background? A little mix of chronic illness management, caregiving, parenting, creative detours, and a lot of “WTF is happening” moments that forced me to rethink everything.

Now I help other overthinkers, burnt-out moms, and fellow soft life seekers build routines, rhythm, and resets without the pressure of perfection.
