Last week, I had my second sesh with my therapist.
So far, things have been going well.
I let her know that I was still feeling overwhelmed with everything going on in my life, and that I haven’t been consistent with my family, my business and most importantly, with myself. I felt like I’ve been doing everything and nothing at the same time.
But, what she said hit me so hard because it was so simple, ”I think you need to do a hard reset.”
It made so much sense. 🤯
“It’s still so f'ing crazy to me how it’s so easy to help others more than you can help yourself.” 😅
She said to start small with one task like getting up and eating breakfast, or go even smaller with just getting out of bed. So since then, I’ve been taking my tasks moment by moment, day by day, and it’s been getting better.
