Remember to take breaks to stretch, move around and; most importantly, rest your eyes.
The “20-20-20 rule” is every 20 minutes, you focus on something that is 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain and stress.
To build the habit, set reminders ⏱️ to take breaks throughout your day.
