Old Amish Muscle Tonic

If you suffer from leg or foot cramps, even hand cramps, then this concoction is for you. It also relieves muscle cramps after a workout. It’s just 3 ingredients - Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic Juice and Ginger Juice.


Garlic and ginger also support your immune system.


Disclaimer: it smells horrible which makes it taste terrible, BUT within 1-2 minutes, your muscle cramps are gone. It’s also best to chase it with 4-8oz of orange juice.
