Roll of the Die Exercise

It‘s literally what it sounds like. A super simple, no pressure, fun way to exercise throughout your day. You can do this whenever you take a break or fit it into your schedule that makes sense to you.


So, grab a pair of die, whatever number comes up, complete the exercise associated with that number.


Here is a list of my exercises:

  1. Jump Jacks (10)

  2. Sit-ups (15)

  3. Squats (10)

  4. Push-ups (10)

  5. Plank (30 seconds)

  6. Walk/run on treadmill or outdoors (5 minutes)

  7. Burpees (5)

  8. Lunges (10 each leg)

  9. One-Arm Row (10 each arm)

  10. Military Press (10)

  11. Child’s Pose (30 seconds)

  12. 12.Downward dog (30 seconds)

If you’re really feeling good, or today is a good energy day, try to complete as many as you can in a 10-minute session with a 30-60 second rest period in between each set.
