Follow these steps:
Go to your significant other, friend or family and embrace each other in a hug
While hugging, both of you take in a deep a breath slowly through your nose, for at least a 3-5 count
Release the breath slowly through your nose
Feel your shoulders drop
Feel the tension and anxiety melt away
