Stress Release Hug

This type of hug is a simple and quick way to relieve tension and stress in your body. Plus, you can never go wrong with the embrace from a family member or friend 🥰.


Follow these steps:

  1. Go to your significant other, friend or family and embrace each other in a hug

  2. While hugging, both of you take in a deep a breath slowly through your nose, for at least a 3-5 count

  3. Release the breath slowly through your nose

  4. Feel your shoulders drop

  5. Feel the tension and anxiety melt away
