Take Care of Your Body

If you are able, take the time to massage your muscles while applying

lotion to your body after a shower or bath. Creating this habit as often as

you can will help alleviate those annoying aches and pains, relieve

tension you are carrying or give yourself that true self love that you

need.


If you are unable to massage, you can use a massage tool to save your

hands.
